An energy Request for Proposal (RFP) is a formal process where we solicit bids from a curated list of Ohio's most competitive retail energy suppliers. This is the core of our strategy.

How it Works:

1. Load Profile Packaging: We take your detailed energy usage data and create a professional package that suppliers can use to generate a firm price.
2. Supplier Selection: We maintain a matrix of suppliers and their current appetite for different load sizes and risk profiles. We select the 5-10 suppliers most likely to be competitive for your business.
3. The Bid: We run a time-sensitive bidding process, forcing suppliers to put their best foot forward in a competitive environment. This prevents them from offering inflated "street rates."
4. Apple-to-Apples Analysis: We take the various, often confusing, supplier bids and normalize them into a single, easy-to-understand format. This lets you see the true best offer without needing to decode complex contracts.
