Ohio Commercial Energy is the public education and lead site for commercial electricity procurement services powered by Jaken Energy. We help Ohio businesses understand deregulated supply options, run competitive outreach to retail electric suppliers, and manage contract renewals.

What we do

• Analyze 12–24 months of usage (and interval data when available)
• Package load profiles for supplier pricing
• Solicit and normalize bids from multiple certified suppliers
• Explain fixed, variable, and hybrid structures in plain language
• Coordinate enrollment paperwork with your utility and chosen supplier

What we are not

• Not a utility. Poles, wires, outages, and delivery charges remain with your local distribution utility (AEP Ohio, Duke Energy Ohio, FirstEnergy companies, AES Ohio, etc.).
• Not a generator or retail supplier. We do not sell kWh. We advocate for your account in a competitive market.

How we get paid
