Questions before you book
Is the bill review really free?
Yes. There is no charge for the call and no obligation to switch. If you later sign a supply contract through us, our compensation is shown in cents per kWh before you sign.
What should I have ready for the call?
One recent electric bill (all pages) is enough. If you have them, bring your current supplier contract end date and a list of your locations.
Can every Ohio business switch electricity suppliers?
Businesses on AEP Ohio, Duke Energy Ohio, AES Ohio, Ohio Edison, The Illuminating Company or Toledo Edison can. Customers of municipal electric systems and electric cooperatives generally cannot, but a call can still cover rate schedules and demand charges.
What happens after the call?
If shopping makes sense, we request prices from PUCO-certified suppliers using your usage history and send a side-by-side comparison against your utility's default price. You decide whether to sign anything.
